The Backyard Player

You play in your yard. At tailgates. At family reunions. Maybe a bar league once in a while, but nobody's checking bags at the door.

The Tournament Hopeful

You've played a local event or two and you're thinking about registering for a regional qualifier or a sanctioned tournament. You're not nationally ranked yet but you want to be.

Buy stamped. Every sanctioned event you enter will require them, and you want to practice with the same bags you'll compete with. Feel and break-in matter — switching bags the week before a tournament is a rookie mistake.

The Sanctioned Regular

You play sanctioned competitive events regularly. You've got a ranking. You travel for tournaments.

Stamped is the only answer. You don't even need to ask. You probably own multiple stamped sets at different speeds and rotate based on conditions. This article isn't for you — forward it to your backyard buddy.

The Gift Buyer

You're buying bags as a gift. For a wedding party, corporate event, groomsman, or dad who plays in the yard twice a year.
