I LOVE YOU TOO... BUT—"

But she's holding the revolver. Barbara Stanwyck in Double Indemnity, Rita Hayworth peeling the glove off in Gilda, The Bride zipping into yellow while Nancy Sinatra hums Bang Bang over the credits. There's a heart loaded in the chamber and it's pointed at you. The tear isn't regret. It's the last thing you'll see.
