Beachside Yellow
Bruce Brown pointed a 16mm camera at two dudes on longboards in 1966 and followed them from Malibu to Waikiki to South Africa chasing waves that never stopped breaking. Endless Summer. That's this bag. Yellow-and-kelly-green spiral rays firing off the center like the sun forgot how to set, a retro sunset medallion parked in the middle — palm tree silhouette, sailboat drifting on teal water, sky bleeding orange into red into yellow, seagulls doing seagull business. "EST. 2022," CORNOGRAPHIX arched underneath. Vacation postcard you throw for score.
Flip it. Same electric spiral, black graffiti tag, white CX arrow slicing across. The Beach Boys were harmonizing "wouldn't it be nice" about a life that felt exactly like this — permanent Tuesday, no alarms, cold something in a koozie. Hybrid means the yellow-green side grabs and the tag side slides, so you're covered whether the board's fresh-waxed or beat to hell.
Beachside Yellow doesn't clock out. Neither does summer. Throw it.
