When does my subscription ship?
Monthly plans ship on the same date each month. Quarterly plans ship at the start of each quarter — Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct. You'll get an email 5 days before with tracking info and the option to update your address.
Can I choose my colorway?
On the Bag of the Month plan, colorways are curated — you'll get a variety across speed tiers, no repeats. On the Bag Drop plan, colorways are exclusive and pre-selected. On the Custom Retainer, you pick everything. League Kit subscribers can mix colorways across the catalog.
What's the Founding 100 rate on Bag Drop?
The first 100 subscribers to the Bag Drop plan lock in at $39.99/quarter forever — $10 off the regular rate. This price never increases as long as your subscription stays active. Once 100 slots are filled, the price goes to $49.99.
How does the League Kit work for my team?
One person manages the subscription and pays the full $79.99/quarter. You'll receive 4 sets in one shipment. You can split the cost with your team — at 4 players that's $20/player/quarter, which is $6.67/player/month. All 4 players also get Bag Locker access.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes to both. Cancel any time from your account dashboard — no fees, no runaround. Pause up to 1 quarter per year if life gets in the way. Your Founding 100 rate is preserved through pauses.
What if I already have a bunch of bags?
